We believe that God has given us all gifts we can use to bless others and build the church.
Actively serving in our community is a core value and a practical demonstration of Jesus’ love. When we serve, the purpose is not simply to recruit people to come on a Sunday. Instead, it’s a way to make sure people know that God is for them.
We want the facility where we meet, the neighbors we live next to, and the businesses we work with to come to love, trust, and rely on Church at the Well.
Our service will reflect the generosity of God and seek to meet the needs of the people in Towson, around Baltimore, and throughout the world.
First Impression Team
Our desire as a first impressions team is to clear a path for first-time visitors and those in attendance at our Sunday Service. We want to eliminate distractions and excuses that can keep people from visiting a church or engaging in worship. We do this by greeting people, helping them feel at home, giving them a cup of coffee, helping them find their seat, and getting them connected. The below Teams serve with First Impressions:

Creative Arts
We believe God has gifted us with talents and the people of our church love to use those creative skills and talents to worship God and encourage any who may join us. The below Teams serve with Creative Arts:
Well Worship: Instruments, Vocals, Worship Leaders, Choir (coming soon)
Production Team: Audio, Lyrics, Lighting, Setup, Teardown
Creative Team: Communications, Social Media, Photography/Video, Graphic Design, Motion Animation
Well Kids
Nursery: Birth – 4 years old
The youngest members of the Church At The Well family can be found in the nursery being loved on, sung to, and learning basic developmental skills. They will experience Bible-based stories, engage in fun hands-on activities, and learn how to worship our mighty God at an early age!
Kindergarten – 5th grade
In Splash Zone Sundays, we reinforce the parental role to lay the foundation for a child’s growth in the Lord at an early age.
These Elementary age children will be introduced to major characters and events in the Bible through hands-on activities, games, songs, and story time.
Come serve with either of these age groups! Adults who serve with Well Kids are background checked on an annual basis.
